Who is responsible for your data
Benjamin Betito, acting for the MRBL Health project, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this site.
For any question about your data, write to admin@mrblhealth.com.
Transfer to the company
MRBL Health is in the process of being incorporated. Once the company exists, it will take over as data controller for the enquiries received through this site, on the same terms as those set out below. This page will be updated with its details on that date. If you would prefer your data not to be transferred, write to admin@mrblhealth.com and it will be deleted.
What we collect and why
We collect personal data in one place only: the contact form.

We do not ask for health data, identity documents or any special category of data through this site. Please do not send them by this route.
Our spam protection, Cloudflare Turnstile, processes your IP address to distinguish a human visitor from an automated script. It does not build a profile and it sets no advertising cookies.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and keeping a record of our exchanges.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only the technical measures strictly necessary to display the site and to protect the form against automated submissions are used.
Who has access
Your data is accessible to the four members of the MRBL Health team.
We use the following service providers, acting on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting and spam protection
- Resend (European region): sending the email generated by the form
- Notion Labs, Inc. (United States): recording and following up your enquiry
Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for three years after our last exchange with you, then deleted. If we begin working together, the applicable retention period is the one set out in our engagement documents.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You may also give instructions about the fate of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to admin@mrblhealth.com. We reply within one month.
If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.
Automated decision making
No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken on an automated basis. Every enquiry is read by a person.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top indicates the version in force.
